What is Aestar?
Aestar is the Shop OS for home-service businesses. Ava answers the phone, Owner Desk runs jobs, techs, and payments, and your shop site is the front door. One product — not a pile of apps.
Who is it for?
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and handyman shop owners. If you run the trucks, this is your software. Homeowners do not post jobs here and cannot hire a plumber from this site.
What does Ava do?
Ava is Aestar’s AI. Ava answers every call and website chat, says she is AI, and books work from real availability. If the calendar is unsure, she takes a message instead of claiming a booking.
What is Owner Desk?
Owner Desk is the board the shop runs: today’s jobs, techs, the map, invoices, and payments. The Owner App is the same shop in your pocket — not a second product.
How do I try it?

Answer and book
Ava answers the phone and website chat, and says she is AI. Booking uses real availability. If the calendar is unsure, she takes a message instead of claiming a booking.
Ask AI
Ask AI is Ava on Owner Desk. She assigns, builds quotes from customer photos, and drafts GPS texts — then asks you to confirm. It is not a second AI.
Run the day
Jobs, estimates, the price book, dispatch, and the public shop site sit on Owner Desk. Start with How it works, then open the feature you actually tap.
Money and payments
Unpaid jobs and invoices live on Money. Connect Stripe to take cards. This preview never charges a card.
Activate Call Ava
Shop line is the number customers already have. Ava answers on the Ava line. Activate Call Ava uses this shop’s name, hours, and services. If voice env is missing on the server, Activate fails closed — it does not pretend the line is live, and it does not buy or release a number.
Reviews
Ask for a review after a paid job. Drafts stay on the desk until you connect Google Business Profile to post replies.
Texts and reviews
Follow-up texts need a lawful basis. Owner permission is not customer consent. Reply STOP to opt out. Prices spoken to callers come from the owner, not a guess.
